Does EMH effect Restaurant hours?

In January, AK is typically open until 5:00 PM. Which means Tusker House Dinner time is limited from 4:00 to 5:00 PM. If I go to AK on a day which has evening EMH would Tusker House's dinner hours be extended?

Yes. Restaurant hours are extended with EMH. We at at Tusker last Sept. during EMH. Our ADR was for 7:50 p.m. Closed at 8 p.m. What was surprising was considering how hard it was to get the ADR, by phone, when we got there the place was empty. Only 5 or so other families dining. That was before online ADRS and you had to mention the EMH sometimes to the CM on the phone. Probably not the case online.

So, yes, restaurants that close at park closing time do extend their hours. Especially during the times when the parks close early due to value season.

BTW, it was really cool to be leaving AK after closing. No one rushed us and we took our time (and took pictures) as we left.
