Does DVC renting include Magical Express?

We are renting points for Jan 1st - 5th and was wondering if we get magical express from the Airport? We are moving to AKL for the remainder of our stay and I kno we get it there but I just want to make sure we get in coming in. Thanks

If your name is on the reservation and you have a reservation number you should be able to get ME. I am not sure as how you reserve it as DVC members can go on the DVC website and register there.

If you are staying at a Disney resort, you have access to the Magical Express airport transfers. You will probably need to let the person who you are renting from know so that they can sign you up (online) or call up MS to book it for you. They will need your flight information, in addition to all the names of the people in your party (which I assume they have for the rental contract/confirmation). I don't think renters are allowed to call on their own anymore?! At least I think they can't. Last year (as renters) we were able to call on our own, but I think that has changed now.

Yes the Rentee has to set it up but then you can call DME and make any changes if needed.

DME is free.

OK Thanks chuck, So what do I need to do to get it. The person I am renting from wasn't sure. So what do I need to tell her about getting if for me and what Info does she need from me?

Give her the name of all those on the Ressie ,Your flight info ,and your address(they may get the tags and have to have them shiiped to you not sure).

Have them either call MS or go to the Members only web-sight and fill the form there.

If you don't have the flight info yet then just have them get you in the system with Flights later selected. At that point you will be able to Call DME with your flight info.

Not really DME is included to all the WDW resorts and they would be mailed from their system either way.

Yes i do like that only members can't call MS now but as for DME it doesn't really matter that much.

Remember MS is just starting the ressie through DME at the request of the owner. DME is doing all else from that point on.

The ME buses are running...if they are full or empty. I like it now that DVC's members have to call MS too. I have rented and I can head off a lot of the questions. I can't mail the tags to the renter.

I wouldn't have been sure either... I've owned for 8 years. Never rented, never used ME. Never needed to know.
