Do DVC resorts offer CL rooms to members? Can you pay to upgrade? Can you use the DDP during the Epcot Wine and Food Event?

Yes AKV will have Conceirge but they are so limited that you probably have a better shot of a personal greeting from Shadow at HHI unless you own points there and bookat 8 am on the 11 month.

Yes you can use DDP and F&W.

The only concierge level rooms available to DVC members on points are the ones that Slakk referred to at AKV and to the other non-DVC deluxe resorts (Polynesian, GF, YC, CR) that you can get on points. And these run in the neighborhood of 50+ points a night. A lot more than a two bedroom at some of the DVC resorts.

You cannot pay to add CL service to your villa. You could hire a person to live in the second bedroom (or a separate studio) and provide you with food and drink, but that would be a whole lot more.

It wouldn't cost much for me to live in the second bedroom or a separate studio and provide you with food and drink (as long as I had some free time to go to the parks of course!)
