Does DU not handle RCCL, Carnival, etc?

Looking at www.dreamsunlimitedtravel.com, I don't see where DU may assist with other cruise lines. Does anyone know if they do, and if so, how their prices compare?

In the frequently asked questions section on their website, they explain that they specialize entirely in Disney and Orlando vacations.

They did at one time because I had booked a RCCL vacation with them but eventually had to cancel it. When I tried to rebook they informed me that they don't any longer.
