Does DL take Dining reservations and how do you make them? where to eat at?

We have been out of the disneyland loop for a while since we go to orlando 1 or 2 times a year now. We always have to make adr's at wdw and just wondering if dl does that as well or if we should? In my 30+ times to DL, i have never made one, we just wing it since we are only there a day or two and eat at redd rockets or something, but i was thinking blue bayou maybe this time.

what are the best places to eat at DL and DCA and do they need or take adr's? We probably wont go to the resorts to eat, just stay in the parks.
