Does Disney Still Give A Final Spending Summary?

I checked out of Pop yesterday and was surprised that I did not receive a final summary of expenses. These used to be put under our door in paper format years ago and then more recently emailed to us.

I was able to follow my spending on MDE but wasn’t checking it too closely as I’d rather be having fun and look at it later! Now that our trip is over the link to my expenses seems to be gone too.

Thoughts/experiences?

When I checked out of Pop a few weeks ago, the CM handed me a printout of everything that I had charged to the room (granted it wasn't much, only a few line items). Strange that you didn't get one????
 
Yes they normally email them, but one time I also did not get it so I contacted them and they did email me our statement. This is another reason I like paying my balance with discounted GCs every few days, because I also request a printout to keep track of our purchases:)
 
We checked out of POR Thursday. I got the email with our invoice at 6:15 that morning. I have not gotten them a few times in the past. Now I always look for the email before I leave so I can stop at the desk & ask for a copy if I didn't get it.

I am guessing that the OP did the automatic checkout and did not go to the lobby. If you have a CC on file you do not need to physically checkout and they are suppose to email your statement.

you are correct.

Our MDE pickup was 5:30am and since I’d always received an email in the past I wasn’t concerned that that early in the morning I didn’t have my statement yet.

I’ll do as some have suggested and call Pop requesting a copy of my bill be emailed to me. I paid cash against my room a couple of times during our stay so just want to make sure everything is okay.

We checked out last Sunday and last Wednesday (I know.....2 different reservations for 9 nights at POP..lol). Both times, I received an email invoice, but, both times, I also went to the front desk to get a print out. I am old fashioned and like a paper print out; and I like to check it before I leave the property. Just call them if you don't get that email. I was also surprised that my MDE is wiped clean, except for photos that they want to sell me...lol. I was hoping to print out a "history" of my fast passes for my memory book. Good thing I kept a journal of what we did each day. Also, on check out day, we went to Disney Springs to buy sandwiches at Earl of Sandwich. Our magic bands still worked but no pin was needed/used. Kind of freaked us out that anyone could now charge with our bands if we happened to lose them. I guess since we were officially checked out of the hotel, the pin wasn't valid or needed? Anyway, I am glad that happened so I went on my MDE, removed my VISA number and deactivated the magic bands. I wouldn't have thought to do that otherwise.

Haven't gotten paper one in years, they usually email it to me now.

I did get one this last trip but haven't gotten it for all trips, which I don't like.

Ironically we did have an envelope on our door that DS brought in, I was surprised, but then he looked at it and said it was MDE instructions. YIKES! We drive. So he walked it to the right room and hung it up.

I stayed at the YC in Dec. I did not get one, nor did I get one emailed to me. My charges on the App disappeared the next day. I also didn't received my ME paperwork the night before. It was kind of a hassle, being "bumped around" by a lot of "not me's....", but I finally got a printout from the front desk.
