Does Disney keep track of your room numbers?

In 2024 we stayed at BWI in a room we absolutely loved, and when we stay there again this summer, we would like to request a room just like it, if not the very same one! Does Disney keep track of that sort of thing, like "Yes, in 2024, in April at Boardwalk, the ___________ Family stayed in Room 34__?"

TIA

They might but it probably would be more helpful to provide that information when making a room request. They always say it’s better to request certain things you like vs a specific room number so they know why you’re wanting that room. If you keep old emails you’ll have the room ready email with your old room number listed

I agree - request a room with the characteristics you loved, so that if that exact room isn’t available on the day you check in, the room assigners can give you one that’s close.

I don’t know if they do or not. But the Touring Plans site has a room finder feature. Do you remember some details, like the view or floor? Maybe if you play around in there a little, you can figure out which room it was.

Yes, this is what I intend. I know that getting the exact room is a long shot, but was hoping to say, "A room in (this location) similar to or near room (????).

Yes, that has been helpful too. Thanks!

I’ve gotten in the habit of recording our room numbers from our trips instead of relying on memory. It has come in handy!

If you did online check-in, and received a, "your room is ready" text, the room number will be listed there.

It is also helpful to take a photo of the room number when you arrive. In general, this can be a useful bit of information to have handy, just be a bit careful to keep the information secure. (esp at offsite hotels w plastic room keys).
