Does Disney keep track of your resort history?

Interesting thread! I got into a conversation while booking my next trips through CRO. It seems they have four separate systems to use. One is customer profile (our names, children info, etc.), one for booking rooms, a travel system for flights, and a dining system. With that many different systems to book a vacation, Disney might be challenged, like many companies. in bringing all that information together. If your CM has some long pauses during your booking, I bet they are toggling systems.

I wonder what happens then, if you change your phone number? I have lived at several different addresses and have had 4 different phone numbers in the past 2 years alone. It would be nice to think that I would be recognized for my repeat visits, but now I wonder if they would even know.
