Does Disney Just Hate Me?

Just finished purchasing our trip to Disney by using a DVC rental company and I wanted to show the kids the room we got but none of the gallery pics work. When I click on the pics it just keeps trying to load but nothing happens. This happens even when I try to look at the Disney dining picture galleries.

Is this just me or is it happening to anyone else?

I already contacted Disney but that just highlighted how idiotic the workers who responded were.

I sent them a message stating:
Just wanted to let you know that the gallery pictures do not load on your Disney World website. I have tried on multiple browsers and computers and they do not work. Could someone fix this?

I replied:
Thank you for replying but you did not address my email at all. When will the gallery pictures on the Disney World website work? They do not load not matter what browser or computer I use.
When will this be fixed?

After this has been completed, you should have no further issues viewing or downloading your photos.
Our website uses dynamic multimedia sounds and images. To optimize viewing and to utilize our product builders, we encourage you to make sure you have the Adobe Flash Plug-in, version 10 or higher.

What!!!! After another frustrated response from me they finally reply:
Thank you for your reply. I apologize for the incorrect response in the prior email. I'll forward your feedback to our Webmaster for review in attempts to reload the pictures on our website to be able to view the rooms.

This was more that a week ago and still the website doesn't work for me. None of the gallery pics work.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Browser, versions, and settings have a whole lot to do with what you can see on the WDW site. I never can see the multiple pictures or videos from my work computer, but I can from my home computer.
 
So you titled the thread “does Disney just hate me” because you can’t see some pics? Lol

They work fine for me so sounds like the problem is on your end. Maybe you should title the thread “do I just hate myself”? Lol

Maybe that's the case lol. Sure is frustrating.

I have tried clearing my cache, 3 different browsers, on my phone, my husbands computer and I had my husband try on his computer at work. None of them work.

Maybe it's a Canadian issue. Is anyone here from Canada who is having issues?
 
Try opening in an incognito tab. I've been having to do that lately for a number of websites, and it works like a charm. Mouse over the pic, right click, and choose open in incognito. This is for pc- no idea if mac has anything similar. You can't always open incognito, but when it does work, it loads pics and text that wouldn't load for me otherwise.

Thanks I did try that and still didn't work.

You're probably using an old or incompatible browser. Also, there are a lot of independent websites that will have more and even better photos than the ones Disney puts on their site.

I checked all my browsers and they are all up to date. I have googled the pictures I want but it just annoys me that I am having so much trouble on their site.
 
Well at least it's not just me. Even my son who lives in another city can't see the gallery pictures. Unless my whole family in now cursed. lol
Called Disney tonight and they are putting in another ticket to see if this can get fixed.

If it makes you feel any better, I have been having the exact same problem on both my Mac and PC and I live in Canada :). If you do get any sort of useful reply from Disney, I would really appreciate it if you could post the info. Thanks!

I definitely will post if I hear anything. I sorry to hear you are having trouble also. Does kind of confirm that it is seems to be a Canadian issue. Hopefully between my email and phone call they will get the issue fixed.

Interesting that you an view them from your iPad. We cannot view them on any device.

I have had the same problem before. Sometimes I can see the room pics and sometimes I can’t, and I always use the same browser. I figured it was a glitch and will try back another day. I have looked at rooms on trip advisor(not sure if I can say that).
