Does Disney Dining get the calender before Disneyland.com?

I am assuming they must get park hours before they're posted online, because I made PS yesterday for 9 am all through the week starting March 1st. Does anyone know for sure?

They got a print out New Years Day. I have been calling all week to make PS for March 5-12. I know park is open 6th from 9am-12am, Sat 8am (7am if you have magic morning) till 12am, Sun 9am (8am MM) till 12am, then during Mon-thurs 9-9pm (8am tues/thur Mm). I was also told fireworks will be running.
