Silly question, I know. And I've read the rooms have an armoire. But is there some type of closet? I want to take extra hangers for clothes adn I was thinking of taking a shoe organizer.

There is a shelf with a bar underneath it with hangers. It isn't enclosed so it really isn't a "closet". You could put your shoe organizer on the floor underneath. How many shoes do you bring?

Haven't stayed there since 2000, but when last there, they did have a closet area. It wasn't an enclosed closet with doors, but the clothes hanging rack was almost double closet size.

flyingteepee, are you my mother???? Just kidding, of course, but the shoe rack thing sounds like my mother. Last time we went to WDW she brought about 20 pairs (no exageration) of shoes for a 12 day stay. As a matter of fact, her luggage was so heavy she had to pay the overweight charge at the airport.

By the way, we were at CBR and there was plenty of room for mom's shoes.

As others have reported there is no closed closest but long rack for hnging clothes. That corner is nice too to stash suitcases or a cooler.

Grumpy's Mom - No, I'm pretty sure I'm not your mother. (But I'd consider trading MIL's with you. LOL. She will be on this trip too. She once came to visit us and said she wouldn't have come if she'd known we only had one bathroom. But that is a whole nother story and should be on some therapy forum. )

Back to the shoe subject.

Both DH and I have a tendancy to overpack.

Actually I was thinking of using a Hanging shoe organizer for other things besides shoes, although I failed to mention that. I was concerned there wasn't enough room to store the kids toys and basically just our "stuff". But the 4 of us will be bringing 2 prs of shoes each plus water shoes for TL so maybe that shoe organizer wouldn't be so bad after all.

And Safetymom, thanks for all your CBR info.

Maybe you could bring an over the door shoe holder for the back of the bathroom door? They're very popular for cruises (at least here on the DIS cruise board) because the rooms are very small. People use them for stuff, not shoes. :)
