Does BOG seat breakfast right up until 11?

I have a lunch reservation at BOG next May at 11, which appears to be the earliest lunch seating available.

Do they seat right up until 11 for breakfast and then switch over to lunch? I've been to BOG 3 times and the West Wing has always been full. I'd really like to sit there. I was hoping with the earliest lunch seating, I might have a chance, but probably not if they seat breakfast right up to that time. We will still eat lunch there regardless, but I was just curious what my chances are like of sitting in the West Wing.

Breakfast hours end at 10:30.

But it does not clear out entirely between meals. The gap us the kitchen reset. Last breakfast people won't see food in front of them until 10:45.
