Just planing my dining options for our June 2010 trip and we want eat here for an adults only dinner. Since this place is a little fancier than most of the other Disney restaurants, i didn't know if they will require a credit card to book or not (just want to be prepared when I go to book our dining ressies in Dec).

No, no credit card requirement for booking Bistro. Enjoy!

Since this place is a little fancier than most of the other Disney restaurants

1) Not just fancier.
2) Better than any other Epcot eatery.
3) They are one of the three best non-Disney-owned eateries.
4) And, with the exception of V&A, the best of any Disney-owned eateries.

5) And quieter. They don't take the DDP, and they don't have a kids' menu.
