Does anyone's ISP require them to sign in before accessing Ding?

Ok, I have SBCYahoo at home. When I first got it (a year ago), we discovered there was spyware attached. Can you believe that? Spyware with your own ISP? Well, needless to say, I found someone to help me then, and we deleted the spyware. And, instead of logging in through the SBCYahoo Icon (because it seemed like anytime I did, it would reactivate the spyware), I always just went to yahoo and signed in through myyahoo. Everything was just fine for a year.

Fast forward to 3 weeks ago. I download Southwest's Ding. When it dings and the envelope appears, I click on it and the Southwest message window comes up. Then, when I click on the message to view the Ding Deals, an SBCYahoo window comes up requiring me to sign in before viewing. This must be something in the SBCYahoo program to get me back into their system. Anyway, I did sign in so I could view, and now things don't seem to be right with my email anymore.

First, when I go through yahoo's webpage and access through myyahoo, the home page where it lists articles and a snippet of my inbox looks ok. It does show what is new in my inbox. But, when I click on my inbox, and it takes me there, of course, now I have this whole SBCYahoo sign that takes up half the page at the top. Also, the inbox messages that showed as new on the home page are not there. Its actually a view of my inbox from 4 or 5 days ago with messages that were new at that time. I actually have to click on inbox 3-5 times to get it current. What is the deal here?

Finally, as to my questions. Does anyone know how to fix this? I want to be able to click on my Ding Deals without having to sign in to sbcyahoo. And, since its been a year since I fixed this whole sbcyahoo problem the first time around, I really don't remember what to do now. How do I get it so that I can get rid of the sbcyahoo banner at the top of my yahoo page when signing in...and also fix the inbox problem? The inbox problem doesn't occur when I sign in at work, but apparently yahoo now recognizes my userid as sbcyahoo, as that banner does appear now even when I sign in at work.

Thanks for any help you can give.
