Does anyone work for Firestone Auto Care

Hi everyone. My DH just got offered a job with Firestone I'm sooo excited. He currently works for a family business, and I know I've gotten into it before, so I won't say anything more here except that he is grossly mistreated and underpaid there.

Anyway, this job is offering him substantially more income and career opportunity. He was excited while going through the interview process, but now that he was offered the job he's kind of depressed. He says it's going to be hard to leave his family, and he's worried that they are going to hate him.

I'm just wondering if anyone has worked for, or knows anyone that works for this company. Do you like it, how is the workplace culture, etc...

I can't help you with working at one, but I bring my cars to one. It is run by a few brothers (I guess owned and operated?), and they are the best.
