Does anyone watch The O.C.?

If Summer were preg. it would certainly tone it down on the Ryan/Marissa Situation. Like people have said...its wearing thin. Too many problems with those two and people are going to get bored with the show. I think the writers are very good.

oh I totally agree...the writing is pretty good on this show.

It's still fake as all heck...just like 90210 was. (just the whole "rich/above the law" thing) But I still love it.

of course...I liked Wonderfalls too and they yanked that away from me.

I love this show!!!!!!

I miss Anna though!! I loved her character!!

I think that Theresa is pregnant, but now I'm not so sure who the dad may be......

I don't really like Theresa that much........

Summer and Seth were totally great together!!!!! Poor Seth looked as if he was gonna cry after last night's episode!!!:( I would really hate it if Summer broke up with him!!!!

I like Mischa Barton, and I like her character, Marissa, but I have to agree, they are ruining her char.!! Its ALWAYS about her!!!

Well, I think thats all...for now!!!!:teeth: :teeth:

Love The O.C.

I was on the phone last night and missed the whole summer / seth thing. He looked so pitiful at the end.

I miss Anna as well. She was great.

I wonder how the realtionship with Hallie and Marissa's dad will be? They have good chemistry.

Caleb and Julie... Need I say more!?! LOL

Sandy is perfect in his role.

I hope this show stays around for a while.

Here's that Mischa Barton interview I mentioned before:

http://www.elle.com/article.asp?article_id=4412&section_id=36&page_number=1&magind=3803

some of the "witchier" comments:

"Comparing herself to costar Rachel Bilson, she says, “She's way more overtly sexual than I am. She is so petite and I am so tall and lanky. I think I'd be scared of having her voluptuousness. I like being understatedly sexy.” "

nice dig on Rachel (summer) there

"Her look, like Gwyneth Paltrow's, is icy and remote: easier to admire, and harder to talk about, than Jennifer Aniston's, for instance. So it shouldn't be surprising that when asked about Barton, the first (and often only) thing the girls in El Segundo say is, “She's pretty.” Barton's thoughts on such reactions are psychologically astute, if perhaps emotionally less than generous: “I think they're just surprised I'm their age and they could in any way relate to me. Anybody who feels any kind of insecurity in themselves may be surprised that somebody their age would look like this.” "

and

When I ask what kind of fan mail she receives, Barton says, “It's fascinating the stories you'll get.” For example? In a weary, singsong voice, she says, “Like, 'I was in the war and my leg got cut off and I'm in the hospital. I'll never walk again, but all I can do is lie in bed and watch your TV show.' It's just—stuff you get.” She shrugs and takes another bite of swordfish. I ask if that letter came from a soldier in Iraq, and she says, “I don't remember. But that one was big on the list of, like, heart-wrenching stories. Are you joking? The O.C.? Surely there are more important things in life than my stupid show. But, like, okay, if you feel that way. I'm like, that's”—she chuckles and rolls her eyes—“nice.”

nice dig on your "fans" there

I think your right about the whole 90210, however, I think The OC is unique because it not only has storylines surrounding the teens, but also the adults. This give the show a wider audience base that families can watch. I know I would have never caught my parents watching 90210.
