Does anyone use a good smelling hair spray?

My mom used Tresemme for many years and it just had a bad odor that lasted forever after it was sprayed on. I kept thinking she was wearing heavy, scented deoderant and finally asked her about it after I just couldn't stand being cooped up in the car with her. We figured out it was the hair spray. She's changed brands and now I don't smell it at all. I think she's using a Garnier product now.

Based on some suggestions here, I did try the Pantene volumizing. The smell was minimal, prices was good compared to what I use now (Sebastian), but my hair absolutely FELL in about 4 hours.

I have Garnier Fructis Style also, but I rarely use it because of the strong smell.

Good old purple-can AquaNet. Cheap, holds like iron, and all the girls on DD's skate team actually LIKE the way it makes their hair smell.

Also, a trick to avoid helmet-head on a smooth style: tear off a piece of toilet paper about 2 ft. long, and after spraying your hair, hold the toilet paper between your hands (rather the way you hold dental floss, with a length of paper stretched between your hands), and use the paper to smooth your hair, rather than your fingers. The absorbent material and steady pressure smooths perfectly and without any finger dents or excess shine.
