Does anyone remember what's served on Italian & Asian lunch buffets?

DH and I are booking the Romance Escape at Sea package, and are hoping to get Palo brunch for Sun or Mon at sea, skipping the Topsider's lunch buffet. I notice on the Castaway website that Italian buffet is on Sun and Asian on Mon. I think I remember really enjoying the Asian (especially the stir-fry station) buffet, but neither of us can remember if the Italian was all that spectacular, because we don't remember much about it.

Was lasagna available? (I think DH would've remembered that, as it's his favorite.) I think I remember spaghetti, meatballs, etc. Did anyone recently sail the Magic and dine at these buffets? If so, can you tell us what was available? Thanks!

I also really liked the Asian noodle station. YUMMY!!!! I went to the pasta station for the Italian buffet as well. They had a variety of sauces and items that you could have mixed in with two kinds of noodles. It was ok, but the Asian buffet was the best!
