I'm sorry I couldn't help it - but everyone around here refers to Buffalo as Barf-a-low! People find it hard to believe that Buffalo gets much more snow than Toronto........and gasp we're in Canada.....where we all live in Igloo's and it snows in July!

Hi: I grew up in Dearborn, Detroit's next door neighbor. Dearborn is noted for being Ford Motor headquarters. I worked in Detroit 20+ years and loved being in the city. When I mention Detroit in state or out, people have such negative opinions. We live near Michigan's capitol now but frequently visit Detroit restaurants, sports events, etc.

WVjovifan: I love your great state! Our kids/grandkids live in Morgantown and we are in WV frequently. My daughter once lived in the Beckley and Parkersburg areas. WV is a beautiful state.

Isn't Dearborn currenlty known for having the largest middle eastern pupluation outside of the mid east?

my dad had a cabin on the IL. river there's a little "town" called GoofyRidge......................they do have cars in the front yards......one family had no front door the dogs ran right thru the house and one kid was named Skeeter.....they raised rabbits in cages.....we went back one time they were all gone......can you say DINNER?? we had to explain to dd where the bunnys went ????
