I would love to check out Boardwalk at night and was thinking about dinning at Spoodles? Anyone with experiences? :flower1:

My husband and I went to Spoodles this fall and really enjoyed it. We shared an appetizer plate, soup, a flatbread and an entree. We're vegetarian, but there was still plenty of food that we wanted to try, which is why we did the sharing. We also each had a delicious drink (one a Blue Spoodle, I think it was called).

DH and I ate at Spoodles in Oct.2003 and I really enjoyed it. He loved his food b/c his chicken had peppercini peppers and loads of the pepper juice on it. Without it, he said it wouldn't have been very good. To each his own.

we had dinner there in june and really enjoyed it! the service was great and the food delicious...we had the mediterranean dips for an appetizer and i had the salmon entree. i can't remember what my dh or my niece had but we ordered mac and cheese for my ds (age 2) and it was the only bowl of mac he finished all week. he loved it :) (plus they brought it right out, so he didn't have to wait.)

we've eaten breakfast there as well and it's pretty good.

Have eaten there a couple of times now and it has been consistently good. The service has been great as well. The flatbread is great!

I've had breakfast there three times and dinner going on half a dozen--what a great place to eat!

We'll possibly end up there Sunday night, we're going to go to WDW for a day, and haven't made any dining plans, but that one you can usually get in without a PS in slower times with no problems.

We ate at Spoodles on 12/18 and it was mostly delicious. We had the Mediterranean dips and calamari for appetizer, then I had the paella and DH, the pork chop. Everything was wonderful except the pork chop which was a little dry. We had the dessert sampler platter and that too, was mostly excellent. The citrus roulade and the baklava were so so but the rest was very tasty. I had a Blue Spoodle drink - yum! Have a great time!

Spoodles is not bad. I was a little disappointed on my last visit there, but I think it was more because of the table next to me. It was 5 mom's chit chatting away as their toddlers ran around, screaming, crawling on the floor under people's tables, eating food off the floor, knocking over chairs, etc.

The quality of the food is good and is enjoyable.

The minute a kid crawls under my table, I'd accidently spill my entire glass of water all over him or her. Oops.

I DO NOT tolerate that type of behaviour, period. I'd also be talking to the restaurant manager at that point.

BTW--if the kid drops the crayon they've been quietly coloring with and it rolls under my table, that would be handled much differently. :)

Sssssshhhhhhhhhhhh....Don't tell anyone but Spoodles qualifies as one of the hidden gems in WDW. Excellent food, decent price, good service. And drinks to die for (DH loves the Blue Spoodle while I could drink a pitcher of their sangria).

Spoodles is one of our favorite restaurants at WDW, and we go there every trip! We love the four cheese flatbread, the fettucini, and the dipping sauce they serve with the bread. We've only been once since they've changed the menu, so we haven't had the chance to try many of the new entrees. The Spoodlerita is a great drink, and they have wonderful desserts!

LOL ~ they would only get half a glass of water?

We absolutely love Spoodles (and I absolutely love the Blue Spoodle!). We hadn't eaten there since it was open for lunch a few years ago, but we had dinner there this past July. Our meal was wonderful, but the portions are huge. After several Blue Spoodles and my fiance and I sharing the Med Dips app, I couldn't eat my entree!

We love Spoodle's for both breakfast and dinner. I have to agree, along with the Yacht Club Galley, Spoodle's is one of WDW's hidden secrets.

Absolutely not! Just went for the first time in November and it was the worst sit-down meal we've ever had at Disney!! Dried up chicken!!! They overcooked my steak wrong TWICE and even when it was almost right (never got it exactly medium rare) it had an awful flavor.

Never, ever, ever again. If this were my only choice of a place to eat, I'd choose McDonalds.

We had dinner last October at Spoodles. It was my husband, our 20 month old and a friend. We all enjoyed our meals. I had the seared ahi, which was prepared perfectly. We ordered the Francis Coppola Merlot which is a great choice when ordering a "meatier" fish.

We really enjoy Spoodles and have eaten there several times. I really enjoy the mediterranean dips and breads.

Okay, with only 1 bad review, I think it is safe to eat there! lol Thanks everyone! I am getting excited! lol :Pinkbounc :cool1: :Pinkbounc

Spoodles has always been one of our favorite places to dine at WDW. We dined there again this past December and were very disapointed in it though, so we probably will skip it on our next trip. Maybe go back in a few years. :Pinkbounc
