My wife likes it. She thinks Matt Dallas (Kyle) is pretty. (Don't worry folks; Matt Dallas is 24 years old.) I think its uneven. The show is okay, but wouldn't last during the "real" television season. It goes to extremes when it doesn't have to, and is much too "white bread" when that's unnecessary.

I think its really cute. I have it on the Tivo but i probably wouldn't watch it if something else was competing with it that I liked.

I love this show! Never miss an episode, its just very different from anything else on TV, or at least from anything I watch.

My husband loves it which doesn't bode well for the show. He has a habit of getting addicted to first season shows that then get canceled. I usually go out of my way to avoid any first season show that he likes b/c I know the end result.

But somehow this one hooked me. I've watched it and enjoyed it...I don't love it, but it holds my interest. So hopefully it will be back next year.

I saw it advertised on a bus in WDW. We LOVE it. BUT 2 episodes were not for kid at all so I had to Kick the Girls out. I also tend to pick show that do not get past 1 season.

Last night blew me away. I hope they can keep it going!

I don't watch Kyle XY, but I'm not scared to admit that I'm an ABC Family junkie. I will watch hours of Boy Meets World, Step By Step, Full House, and Gilmore Girls reruns. I'll even sit through those made for DVD Olsen twins movies.

DD and I (and sometimes DH) watch it since episode 1. We saw it advertised on Disney transport when there in June, and had to check it out. we wound up hooked! I don't think he's a robot but I do think he's some kind of experiment, especially in light of last night's events.
I may have to go check out the website that mickeysaver mentioned.

I haven't seen last night's episode yet. (I wait for the HDTV rebroadcast, on Friday nights.) However, I'm pretty sure he's not a robot. Remember, he was fully examined by a physician. He is therefore surely organic, and at least an almost perfect replica of a human. Indeed, one of the weakest part of the show so far is that they haven't explained what his x-rays showed with regard to where humans have a naval.

Does anyone remember the 80's movie D.A.R.R.Y.L.? About the family that adopts a son that can do everything Kyle can do? What did Darryl turn out to be? I can't remember the end of the movie.
