I am not looking for just black Friday deals, but does anyone know if someone has any of the gel mats for the kitchen on sales anywhere? I have not seen any in the ads that I am aware of. But maybe some of you have seen them online to purchase at a good price. Any help would be appreciated....

I haven't seen any special deals for them necessarily, then again it's not something I've been specifically looking for. :)

I do know Costco does sell them for what seems like a good price.

They sure are comfortable...until you trip on one! I'm still a young 29 year old and the last time we made a trip to see my parents who recently purchased one at Costco I thought it was the greatest thing...but I did trip on it a few times. I tripped because it's literally like a step up to the mat. You do have intentionally lift your foot up higher to step onto it. It was very comfortable, though, while washing dishes. :)

Something to consider also is how you wash them. Do you just wipe them off with a Clorox wipe maybe? A few I've seen (at Bed Bath and Beyond) are more fabric-like so I'm not sure how you'd clean those, but the Costco ones are more easily wipeable.

Try Bed Bath and Beyond. You can use a 20% coupon (should be on online).

Ohhh...I second this suggestion! I have a tile kitchen which is a little rough on my legs/feet. The gel mats I got from BB&B are awesome.:thumbsup2

I've gotten some gel mats from Kohl's. They have them on sale quite often. Black Friday was the best deal.

Try WalMart! They are not brand name, but they have some nice ones!

Second this. I have one by the stove and one by the sink. Paid about $15 each at Wal-Mart. Very durable and comfortable. I wipe mine down with a paper towel and vinegar water or swipe over them with the steam mop.

Dmil had paid $100 when they first came out. I see little difference in mine vs hers.

Thanks everyone! I knew I could count on you. I don't care what brand just as long as they are worth it. I have sciatica issues and need as much comfort for standing.:)

So glad I'm not the only one who has done that.
