What time does the Fish and Chips window open in Epcot? Also, how about the Pizza "window" on the Boardwalk? Thanks!!

Fish and Chips window will open at 11:30, although it isn't good.
If you want fish and chips, head to Raglan Road.

We had the fish and chips in England around noon and the fish was great but the chips were not

We had the pizza around noon too and it is just awful!

Be aware that RR's fish and chips are about twice as expensive as in Epcot. However RR takes TIW, unlike the CS in Epcot, so that offsets some of the cost.
