Does anyone know where I can buy a Top Hat for not a lot of money?

My brother is collecting old hats and I would LOVE to find him an old Top Hat something I know he cant find. Do you have any idea where I can find one that wouldnt break the bank?

I have seen them in these type situations.. Theatrical supply stores/finer costume rental stores.... (not like a cheesy Halloween adventure temporary store, but a real year round B& M store...), and resale store/tux rental places...

When I saw the title, I was thinking a party supply store, since they have ones for around $2. But I agree with Cindy that a costume store would be a great place to get one that's not made out of plastic.

Thanks Ill look there. Im at ebay now and they run over $50!! I love my brother and all but $50. is a little out of my range for his Christmas present
