Does anyone know when they bill you?

I am leaving next wednesday, and loews still has not charged me for my rooom yet. do i pay when i get there or will they be charging me soon on my c/c. thanks

I assume you are talking about your 1 night deposit. Mine was charged to my cc a few days after I made the ressie.

I made my initial ressie online (Loews website) back in January and still had not been charged.. I called the #800 on my confirmation to modify my ressie to a different resort and was charged within a few days. It looks like if you book online through Loews they do not charge you immediately, but maybe when you arrive?.?

When I stayed at RPR last year, I was charged a one night deposit within a couple of days of making the reservation. I had made the reservation through 1-800-BEASTAR. When I got to RPR, they took my credit card to charge me the for the rest of my stay.

This time around, I made the reservation through LoewsHotels.com. I still haven't been charged my one night deposit. I made the reservation last Friday. If they don't end up charging me a one night deposit, then I'll just pay for the entire stay when I get to RPR instead of the entire stay minus the one night deposit.

Seems to be a crazy system. I havent been billed a deposit prior to arriving ever. I have booked online and called loews directly. Sometimes my reservation is made months in advance and sometimes its a last minute thing. I cant figure it out!

Everytime I call 800BEASTAR to make my ressie I get charged my 1 night right away. Weird how its so different for everyone.

i booked thru loews directly and they still haven't charged my c/c for the deposit, i hope my reservations are still good, i think i should call.

When I made our ressies at PBH today, I was told that my AmEx card would be charged in seven to 10 business days...

I booked by phone with Loews.

i have stayed at hrh many times.
each time i make the ressie, i am asked for my cc to be charged for a one night stay in advance.

on the last two trips, i was told when i checked they had a coomputer glitch and i was not charged for the one night in advance when i made my ressie.

in that case, you pay for the entire stay when you check out.
i went in june and oct and this happened both times.

i had even called my cc company and they did verify no charges went through. they had a 24 hour holding on it, but it did not go through.
always use my universal mc too.....

don't worry if the charge has not shown up. you wil just pay for the entire stay when you check out.
