I want to download a song, but I don't know what the name of it is...It is sung by a woman and the only line I know is:

<b>..and will you hold her hand when she crosses the streets in heaven"</b>

or something like that...it is a sad song and makes me cry whenever I hear it, but I have never heard the entire song and want to...

Does anyone know the name of this or the singer? They play it on XM country all the time.
