does anyone know the best way to get from epcot to ft wilderness campfire?

We are dining at Tutto and staying at Beach Club. We can walk out either entrance if necessary. We want the quickest way to get from Tutto to the campfire show at FW. (cab is ok if it saves us time)

And how long will the different options take us? It will be a Thursday in early june.

The fastest way would be a cab. For a fun trip take the monorail from Epcot to the Contemporary then catch the boat to Fort Wilderness across the lake. Then you will have to walk 15 minutes or catch the internal bus and ride to the campfire.

Thank you. That does sound like fun but I don't think we will have time. Unfortunately for this trip we do need the fastest way. (We have an ADR for 5:15 at Tutto and the campfire starts at 8)

If leaving from Tutto in Italy, would we be better off walking to BC to get the cab or to the front of Epcot to get the cab? And... how long will it take to get from the cab to the campfire? thx again

Not sure if a cab will get you very far. You may only get to the Outpost (check-in area) at FW. The other option is to take the bus from Epcot to FW. Once there you will then need to take one of the internal FW buses to the Meadow trading post. There are three routes in FW. The Yellow or Orange routes will have stops near the campfire program.

cab is not going to help much because you will still need yellow or orange bus to center of campground to the campfire. cab will not be able to take you to the campfire area as not place for cars or cabs to stop. you will be pushing it to get there from dinner ressie. the bus from EPCOT will most likely stop at Wilderness Lodge before it gets to the Fort.

Take the bus from one of the Epcot resorts (which will save you time from walking all the way to the front) to the MK, and then a boat from there direct to Ft Wilderness. The boat should leave you off near where the campfire is.

It is within walking distance (maybe 10 min.) and there are pathways, but someone unfamiliar with the campground might have a little bit of trouble finding it.

I would budget 1 hour total travel time, but you can likely do it in 45 minutes.
