Does anyone know TEDs Policy on "vouchers"??

Yes, I got one 
Kinda a waste of time. IMHO
Our last flight, I called to confirm the time or some other question, and the girl said "the price dropped, would you like a voucher?" I didn't know about it so I said sure. So in the mail I get this "voucher" for $3.00 and so does sister, so what can you do with it. Go to O'hare airport, buy my next ticket there and use the $3.00 voucher before it expires. (?1yr).
Not really worth the gas & parking cost. 
I guess it depends how much your voucher is worth. Mky
