Hello, I was wondering if anyone knew of some kind of online "disney world detail database". Basically a resource that documents all the little details at disney. You know, the theming aspects that not everyone pays attention to. Whether its in shops or queues or attractions.
The reason im looking for this is for my granddaughter. Her parents had a WDW trip planned for last april and had to cancel due to covid. They go every april and havent been to disney since 2019! They currently have a trip booked for october but they might have to cancel if the COVID situation does not improve (SIL high risk).
Anyway I feel bad for my poor grandaughter. She was getting at the age where she was really getting into Disney World and could appreciate all the cultural and educational aspects. So my idea was to do some kind of online interactive disney tour (im still working out the details) and i needed some pictures of things that normally dont get taken pictures of HaHa. Props, theming decorations, etc, the little details that 90% of guests may not notice. For example: In the UK tea shop in world showcase we always enjoyed looking for those portraits. When my granddaughter was in Disney with me we always enjoyed hunting for those little extra details that made Disney world such a amazing experience. She wants to be a "disney decorator"! Thats the basis of my project im doing for her.
I was trying to watch youtube walkthroughs but they dont ever focus on these little details. I cant really find anything im looking for on google. I was even thinking about paying someone who lived down there and had an AP to take some pics for me but i dont know if that will work so im seeing if anyone has any good resources or ideas on making a little list of these things for my granddaughter. I cant go because i am also considered high risk.
