I don't remember seeing any at POFQ, but I was not looking for them so may have missed them.

They have a bakery section in the corner of the food court in PORS- sometimes they have them there.

I can't think of anywhere I have seen cupcakes .. not Boardwalk Bakery or the Bakery on Main Street.

I am sure they would have them at Goodings grocery store which is very near DTD.

I'm bumping you up .. maybe someone else knows ..

The foodcourt at CBR has very tasty cupcakes I have also seen them at the Boardwalk Bakery as well.

POFQ's Food Court had an awesome bakery. At this moment, I can't recall about cupcakes. But if they are anywhere on that premise, I would expect it would be there!
