Does anyone know how to see what artists will be around Disney world in August?

Hi, a few years ago we purchased a painting by David Doss at Art of Disney store in Disney Springs. This August, his last day at DS is the day we arrive in Florida, depending on our flight etc, we might stop by the store on our way to Universal (staying at Universal, then heading to Disney). I checked the Walt disney world website to see if they had some sort of list of artists that will be appearing at Disney world, and couldn't locate anything. I did see Larry Dotson will be at the Art of Disney while we are there. Any suggestions? Thanks!
