Does anyone know how to insert a counter into a webpage.

I signed up for two free counters to put on my webpage, however I can't seem to download them. Does anyone know how I can do this, and where I can get a user friendly counter? Thanks so much.

Who is your hosting your page?

I am using a free webspace provided by @Home, my internet provider. I set up the webpage in MS Word and saved it as an htm file, then uploaded it to the webpage.

If you signed up for a counter, they should have given you the code that you need to enter on your page to make toe counter show up and work. I'm pretty sure you don't need to download anything.
