on the top right corner there is a box saying
"Welcome, dizneegirls"
"You last visited:...."
"Private Messages: ......"

click "private messages" and it'll bring you to the PM page, and in there you choose "send private message" and bam, all you ned to do is fill in the "to", "subject" and "message body" and then click "send PM"
