I called last week for an ADR for Wishes Dessert Party & paid with Disney GC, I had several $25 & $100 GC. The way the GF were input as payment were in reverse order, using the largest one last. :-(
So I should've had a $48 dollar remaining balance but instead says my card is $0 balance, as are the rest of the GC used. The CM on original call said a "new" card would be sent out for the balance. I waited a week, and nothing so I called today & another CM got help from Guest Services & they advised 7-10 business days and it would refund back to the $100 GC..just not sure which of the 2 scenarios will happen & if anyone else has had something similar happen to them? Thanks in advance.
