We're going in June to CSR on a conference rate b/c dh has a conference there. Does anyone know if we can book a second room for db and his family on the same conference rate?

You probably will need to ask who you booked your room through.

1) Usually the name on the ressie has to correspond with a name on the attendee roster.
2) This keeps people from booking several rooms at what is usually a good rate.

My daughter was at CSR last week for a conference with her hubby. They went in one day early and got a conference rate. It was $10 off the rack rate.
