Does anyone know anything about "The Magic Rentals" company

I am trying to find out more information about "the Magic Rentals" or "the magic orlando rentals" company which I understand is a management company that owns property (6+ townhouses) in Windsor Hills.

I have been on their website and I am interested in booking with them, but I am a little bit leary in that their website did not provide me with an actual address, e-mail contact (there was a form to fill out to inquire, but no e-mail address that I could see). Also, I note that the number that is given on the website appears to be a cell phone to "Rita" who I assume is the agent representing the company --ALSO, I tried to pull them up on the BBB website and couldn't find them there either (even though the website indicates that are"BBB online reliability program"

I'm going to call the Orlando BBB today, but wanted to see if anyone had rented or had any experience with this company (good and bad)

Well can anyone recommend a reputable vacation rental company (preferable for Windsor Hills)?

We are looking for a 3 bedroom townhouse (preferably princess themed is possible) with a private pool!

I'm going to PM you with contact info, which I hope is still good. We are booked there for eight days in May. They just recently changed their website. When I was making inquiries, Rita was very prompt to answer questions.

If you do a search for Magic Villa or Magical Townhouse, you will see some reviews from the past couple of years. Most were pretty good. A few people complained about the wall decorations in the kids' rooms peeling or bubbling a bit. Of the few reviews I've found, it sounds like the villas are clean and that they are as pictured on the website. One person posted a review saying their villa was rather "bare bones."

Please let me know if you find anymore info. I am about to pay my balance for our upcoming trip.

beccabunny--thanks! I so appreciate the information. My concern is that the rental company might not be on the up and up and I was worried about getting scammed because I couldn't find any concrete address, e-mail, etc. --

I have stayed at the magic rentals in Oct 09, specifically villa 4 and was VERY happy with the owner (Rita). I always spoke with her directly and would stay their again, you will not be dissapointed.

I too was interested in booking with her, but first would like to see what others had to say first.

I'm staying there in a couple of weeks. I'll post a review when I return. I don't believe Rita is the owner. There was another name on my rental agreement. I looked it up and found all taxes for all WH properties were paid.
