Does anyone know anything about an outside reception at the YBC?

I was thinking about having a tent for an outside reception at the YBC but have not found any info on it? Does anyone know how much they would charge? Is it air conditioned? Do they make you use a certin menu?

I have no idea about cost or anything but i wouldnt imagine it would be airconditioned! I would also guess that you would be pretty limited menu wise due to being outside!

All the outside locations in Epcot are limited due to the lack of close kitchen facilities!

I'm not sure Disney will do tents.. I haven't heard of it being done.
