Does anyone know about preteen scholarship program?

Hi! I was wondering if anyone knows about the Preteen Scholarship program? My dd received a letter from school to sign up. It is for 3 days and they want you to send in a picture and accomplishments. If anyone has had their dd do this could you tell me more about it please? Thanks!

Several years ago, my niece participated in something called the 'national pre-teen achievement' program. It was a pageant.
