a telephone number for customer support at Universal Studios. I have had to send some Universal Bonus passes back for a refund which they said I could do. We have proof they have been delivered but I have emailed them 4 times in the last 2 weeks to ask how long it will be before I am refunded the money. I'm getting a bit fed up now so it looks like I'll have to ring them. Does anyone have a number or at least know where to find one.

I had this number 1-877-237-4448 (however that converts ) for ordering HHN tickets from USF, havent used it yet though, maybe worth a try??

Would you believe it I finally had a reply this morning after all this time - Im so relieved they have received them okay. They will refund me within 24-48 hrs which was all I needed to know. I can rest easy now.
