Does anyone have this CD?

Hi,

Does anyone have the audio book of Bill Bryson's "A Short History of Nearly Everything"? I bought it a few weeks ago and have just found that the final three tracks on disc 4 won't play - I was hoping someone could copy just those 3 and upload them somewhere? I want to listen to this on my Ipod and missing three sections is going to interrupt it somewhat!!!!

I had this happen to a book I'd bought. I called the publisher, and they sent me a replacement right away.

I'm just concerned that a replacement wouldn't come in time as I'd have to send this one back first I'm guessing.

Under the sale of goods act you are entitled to return it to the place where you purchased it and recieve either a full refund or replacement

I somewhat doubt the legitimacy of sharing someone elses copy and I suspect that advertising the fact you wish to do this on a public internet forum is not good for the DIS or yourself. There may however be more discreet ways in which you could manage to do this

Glad you got it sorted out Sophie Very annoying when you order something online and part of it works but the other part doesn't.
