1. The big sugar cookies that you can find at Cape May Cafe on the dessert buffet... and I've also got them at the Main St. Bakery?
2. The creamy roasted garlic salad dressing from LTT on the lunch menu?
3. Chef Mickey's Parmesean Potatoes?

Parmesean Potatoes from Chef Mickey's:

Ingredients

* 3 large baking potatoes
* 3 tablespoons butter
* 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
* 1 cup warm milk

Directions
Peel the potatoes, cut into chunks, and boil 15-20 minutes or until tender. Drain and mash - do not use a food processor for this recipe. Add the butter, cheese and milk. Blend well, adding salt and pepper to taste.

To Momsgoofy (Laura) and everyone else out there who hasn't tried them:

Do NOT go to WDW without trying those cookies. And, I'm not even much of a dessert or sweet-tooth person. They are huge, crumbly soft and melt in your mouth and taste of real vanilla with a hint of lemon. I DREAM about them when we're back home. I've also seen them at other buffets as well. Ohmigosh, I've made myself hungry... ha, ha!!
