Contacting the Concierge staff at Beach Club? We are staying there in 2 weeks and have not heard from them at all. I have all the PS's i need....i just want to try to set up something special for DS and DD..........I tried calling Beach Club directly, but they would not put me to the Concierge floor until i was actually checked in! What's that all about? Anyway, i am hoping someone here has a phone number or e-mail..............i would appreciate it much!
