the egold payment option?

I just recently signed up for opt-in -pays, links2cash and linkburst and while you don't makfe a fortune with them its easy to do and they paid every month (in paypal)

but now for some reason their account is blocked with paypal and this egold is another option but i don't have a cluse how this works?
any advice would be helpful
