Does anyone have any recent pictures of the Villas at Grand Californian

I was wondering if anyone had any recent pictures of the new Villas and how they are coming along and pictures of California Adventure? I have not seen anyone post anything in quite awhile and was just curious how it was coming along? Does anyone know if Jack the Dinosaur is gone yet? Is the water back yet or are they working still?

The only thing I know for sure is that the water is still gone. I think the dinosaur is gone too, but I don't know for sure.

I will be staying at the Grand next week, so I'll take pictures of the villas and post them if no one else does first. I think at this point I'll only be able to get the exterior, I don't think the interior is open yet.

I'm at least glad the exterior is finished, we stayed there in December, and there was a huge black tarp hanging over the building, not very attractive!

The lagoon for the "World of Color" show is still empty. And Jack the dinosaur has been removed.

pictures are a little outdated. Buildlings are almost complete on the outside.. it looks very pretty.

Thank you!! I would love to see how the outside is looking especially from the Pier side where Jack was removed from. I hope you have a great trip, I love the Grand. We are going in November and staying for the first time in a 2 bedroom but that seems so far away. I actually just started a Pre Trip Report last night to help me feel like it was getting closer, probably a bit early for a report to start but it makes the time go quicker. Again have fun and we would love to hear about your trip when you get home.

Thanks for the posting. I have seen pictures of the models before but I surely don't mind looking again, I just seem to be getting more and more anxious waiting for our trip in 4 months so any picture for me is good. I am really excited though to see what kind of views the rooms will have of the pier, although I have heard not all the DVC rooms will be Park views but maybe the pool view will be nice
