We have the cookbook titled "Cooking with Mickey and Friends", published in 1998. I would like to have more Disney cookbooks, but Amazon has a few, and I don't know which ones to get.
It has lots of pictures and fun ways to present food and the recipes seem pretty "healthy" too, which I like. ie. the "Perfect Pancake" recipe is really good and the recipe calls for wh.wheat flour and wheat germ. I usually make a big mixture and keep it in a plastic container in the cupboard so it's ready to go when we want to make some. The recipe also has a waffle variation.
I noticed one when we were at WDW in August that was recipes from the various Disney restaurants. I didn't buy it, but flipped through it. It looked really yummy!

Go to www.allearsnet.com and click on dining, then scroll down to the last item on the list of links on the left side of your screen and it says "WDW Recipes" - there are a bunch of recipes from park and resort restaurants and it is absolutely free.
We have one that I can not find for the life of me. It doesn't have recipes from the parks, but is more of a themed book. Kind of like a bunch of recipes for The Lion King, then 101 Dalmations, then Dumbo, etc, etc. It's really very cute and has some yummy things in it. It's The Disney Bakery: 30 magical recipes by Adrienne berfosky (2000). Amazon has it for $11.69
