Does anyone have a Southwest Airline Promo Code that is valid?

Please email, pm or post. Thank you.

There was a targeted 20% off code that expired earlier this month. I don't believe there are any out there right now.

::yes:: ::yes::

There was also quite a bit of back and forth as to whether the SWA promo codes are actually transferrable or not.

You mean I could have saved 20% when I booked our PHL-MCO flights at $39 each way? :eek:

Even if we could have, I'm still pretty happy with $97 r/t per person.... Now we just have to figure out what to do with the credit we have because we rebooked them after originally booking them at $79 each way. ::yes::

Wow, great prices! I'm paying alot more than that flying SW in Feb.

Well, when we booked the June trip, the fares were $49 each way but I figured that was because Southwest had just started service from Philadelphia.

When we got the Disney PIN code in the mail, I checked Southwest again and they were at $79 but then fell to $49. We couldn't make up our minds and of course the rates went back up to $79. We decided to go anyway and booked at $79 each way.

Then I noticed that the PHL-MCO cost on my "My Yahoo" page dropped to less than $100, $83 I think. Now that doesn't ever reflect Southwest and it turned out to be for US Air. Southwest didn't adjust within about a day but I thought it might still so I kept checking. Then I forgot about it for a day or so and when I went back, fares were down to $39! I rebooked immediately....and the next day they were back up to $79. I'd say the $39 fares lasted 1-4 days.

So if the trip is a ways off, I'd continue to check fares and rebook if you need to. It'd be nice to have the $200 in cash (a portion of the original fare was refunded--probably the taxes and fee portion), but it's better than nothing! And it may be motivation for a future trip! ::yes::

If you did not change anything about your flights except price, call the customer relations number (not the 800#) and see if they will refund the difference. It has happened to a lot of people.
The number can be found on their website.

Ooooooh! Thanks! I'll give that a try tomorrow (Monday)!
