maybe you could also try looking on the DVC forum I notice that ppl are always renting points and stuff, not sure if that is an option or not , but i just thought I could try and help.;) Good Luck to you!!:goodvibes

by the way, i will be down there from Feb 4-10th maybe i will se you in one of the parks!!!!:wave2:

i was never able to get down there for an in person planning session. we had to do it on the phone. who is your wedding coordinator? do you like her?

where are you having your wedding and reception?

don't you think disney weddings are probably the most fun weddings anyone has ever been to??!!!

:)

well, i dont have a planner yet. They just processed the contract and a planner is suppose to contact me this week, but Heidi put the request in for the planning session for the week of the 4th. We are getting married at the pavilion and the reception is at the boardwalk. St james hall and patio(pre-reception) and marvin gardens for the reception. I am so excited to go down in February and see it all in person!!!:cool1: I think Disney is the most magical place to get married! My DF's family thinks its just a bunch of characters so I can't wait for them to see how classy and nice its going to be!!You must be so excited you are getting married in a few weeks no wonder you are still up and not sleeping!!!I cant sleep now and I still have 7mons:scared: so where are you getting married ???

we're not doing elegant. we're going for the FUN!

because my boyfriend (fiance) and I are both mentally 12 years old. :)

we are getting married in Japan at epcot (on that bridge over the koi pond) and having our reception at The Adventurer's Club. Have you ever been there? It's like a whacky explorer's club with these hilarious actors. Instead of dancing or a DJ, we're having the actors there interacting with our guests. I think it will be a BLAST! My goal is to have the most fun wedding that any of my guests have ever been to.

We are actually the first couple to ever have a reception at the adventurer's club. :)

And i think it will be really romantic too. I'm cooking up lots of little touches of my own to make it romantic and special for me and DF.

OH and no chicken dance or throwing the bouqet or garter! I personally find those 'traditions' to be tacky. Or i shouldn't say tacky. they're just not my style.

the only thing was i wanted a 'real' minister. not someone who just goes through the motions. I think Jack day is the real deal.

So if you do see some girl running around the parks in a bridal veil, it might be me! Be like "hey are you the adventurer's club couple?"

oh well, i'm off to bed now! goodnight!

lisa :)

PS. the great thing about a disney wedding is they pretty much do it all for you. it is stress free!!!

Hello Belle,

We'll be there too !!!!We are having our last meeting with our wedding planner on the 9th. We have Claudine, she is super nice. We are also getting married at the wedding Pavilion (April 29th 2007) and having our reception at the white hall room and patio, which is just to clear it for you, at the grand floridian.

You are right, weddings at Disney are the most amazing weddings. They will make you feel like a princess from the first time you meet them.:cloud9:

Have a wonderful day

Tinkerbell
