His new commercials are better than the old/first ones.
He's changed his look a bit so he's not nearly as creepy.
I'm always surprised they chose him. He has a super long body and short legs in comparison and he moves in a weird gait. I think not showing him full on was a good change.

He's kinda bowlegged, and not in a good cowboy kinda way. The new commercials are a tad better, but I'd still never use Trivago solely based on him!

Yes! He originally looked like a homeless person; disheveled, unshaven, blech. They're trying to fix him up but he's still creepy!

Yes, every time I see him I think the actor must have played an unsub (serial killer) on Criminal Minds.

In his first commercials, he looked like a slob! He had a 5 o'clock shadow, he needed a haircut, his shirt wasn't buttoned all the way and it needed to be ironed. Perhaps they were going for a casual look but they failed.
