Does anyone else take their own...

Tower towels, I prefer a bath sheet. I find most hotel towels too small. I also bring my own toilet paper and tissues because hotel tissue is often rough. Does anyone else bring their own things due to substandard hotel items?

Pillow, I always take my own pillow, even all the way from Australia.

shampoo and conditioner is something i always pack. hotels either never give you enough for everyone or it's just awful.

I don't bring any of those things. I pack as little as possible and make do with what they provide.

Yes! I do not enjoy the cheap John Wayne toilet paper that makes everyone walk like cowboys and I prefer towels my size.

I always bring a beach towel to use...not so much for the shower but for the pool. I want a full sized towel to use on my chaise and when I get out of the pool.

I like my own shampoo/conditioner and shower gel (I hate bar soap!)

I usually take my own pillow, except to Disney because I love their pillows and they're the same ones I use at home.

I take liquid antibacterial hand soap, because I hate using the bar soap.

I bring my own pillow. The TP in the Deluxe resorts is Angle Soft and that is what I use at home. Towels are good and I like and use H2O products at home too.

No. I would't waste valuable luggage space on pillows and towels when I am just fine with what they provide. Now that nasty stuff that the pass off as shampoo and conditioner they can keep. I bring my own, in very small bottles.

Wife and I bring our own shampoo and conditioner. Sometimes; I wish I had brought my own pillow but never do. I am the kind of person that will notice I left it behind when I am ready to call it a night, at home

I typically make do at WDW because I try to pack light. I will bring my own shampoo if I have space though because I color my hair. When I stay DVC I do pack a microfiber hair turban because of the towel changeout policy. Towels and TP seem crazy to pack to me. I find most hotel towels to be way too big actually and I don't like that. Many are the size of beach towels or bigger now which is ridiculous.

I strongly prefer bath sheets, but they take up so much room in my suitcase that I only bring them if driving. One or two almost always go in the suitcase at the beginning of my packing, but they are removed in favor of shoes by the end. (A bath sheet is a giant towel - much like a beach towel, but I only buy ones that are nice and thick and cozy.)
