Does anyone else secretly love cougar town?

I just read that they thought about it but couldn't come up with anything they liked better and they thought it might confuse people so they decided to leave it.

I really wish they would change it because I just hate the name. I refused to watch it at first just because of that. But then I broke down and watched one episode and I'm hooked. It's pretty cute. I saw a newspaper column where they were suggesting new names for the show. One of the suggestions was "The Family Jules" which I really liked!

love me some Bobby!!! And the actress who plays Ellie- I had no idea how talented and comedic she was. She is hilarious. There are some good writers on this show. Love the Seinfeldesque themes and aside comments!!! Yep, it's a good show!

I just recently watched 4 episodes on demand at the suggestion of a friend, and I love it! I will be watching all of next season. Her character reminds me of Julia Louis-Dreyfus on New Adventures of Old Christine (both are middle aged women with teenage sons, ex-husbands that they are friends with, and a little too much love for wine). The humor of both shows is different, but now that Old Christine is canceled, I can see Cougar Town filling in the gap.

New Adventures of Old Christine was my FAVORITE show!! And I do love Cougar Town, although the term "cougar" annoys me.

And I drink wine from an ice tea glass, so I only get about 1 1/2 as well! I hate having to get up and refill all the time!!

Ellie and Andy are the most real couple portrayed on television, I love how they show what marriage is really about!

LOVE Cougar Town and there isn't a character on the show that I don't like, but you really think the Andy and Ellie characters portray a real marriage? Truly love the characters but I would not want my marriage to be like that. To each their own, I guess.

I also love Modern Family. Hilarious!

My son and I watched two episodes of The Middle last night. We had never seen the show. Both episodes were very funny but the oldest son bugged me.
